Job Description:

The Managed Service Help Desk Technical Support I:

  • Resolves technical problems, answers queries by telephone, self-service, or email ticket in support of Internal employees and a wide range of other external customers.

  • Must have the ability to diagnose, identify, isolate, and analyze problems using provided knowledge.

  • May route calls via incidents to product line specialists, application teams, or other support personnel.

  • Must be able to identify specific issues and assist users to resolve issues over the phone or in person.

  • Will educate customers on utilizing the self-service modules available to them, to support automation in the environment.

  • Will update records and tracking databases to assist in evaluating trends.

  • Identifies changes in the environment and alerts management to recurring problems and patterns.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA or equivalent + 0 yrs experience
