High school diploma or GED, bachelor's preferred. I year experience in medical/clinical setting with customer service, and computer skills.

General Responsibilities:

  1. Processes all F/ACT vouchers and voucher corrections.

  2. Maintains IF/ACT data bases. Demonstrates knowledge and use of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel applications.

  3. Provides the F/ACT Team Leaders and State Director with hours utilized and underutilized based on staff encounter forms.

  4. Scores and Enters all necessary for completed F/ACT consumers.

  5. Completes Productivity reports for F/ACT departments and submits completed Productivity Reports to the Directors of F/ACT, financial analyst and billing department according to departmental procedures.

  6. Update and maintain client charts for F/ACT as necessary.

  7. Enter and maintain F/ACT staff working hours in Kronos Timekeeper.

  8. Complete CQI chart audits as necessary for F/ACT.

  9. Coordinate vouchers, insuring full and timely completion. Coordination of encounter forms for F/ACT program including proofreading to ensure information is completed correctly on encounter form.

  10. Provide necessary support when needed including typing or reports and correspondence to consumers, clinicians or outside agencies when necessary. Maintain accurate files and documentation of all correspondence

  11. Complete necessary monthly quality call back surveys.

  12. Assist F/ACT director in tracking of consumer authorizations

  13. Ensures completion of documentation that directly corresponds with services provided according to F/ACT encounter forms

  14. Maintain consumer, employee and departmental confidentiality and confidential information as per Merakey policies and procedures

  15. Maintain proper record documentation procedures in accordance with Merakey Human Services and departmental policies and procedures

  16. Attendance at necessary staff meeting for F/ACT

  17. Complete New Hire paperwork for new staff in accordance Merakey HRO New Hire Process and maintain Staff HR Personnel charts.

  18. Order supplies as needed for F/ACT teams

  19. Other duties as assigned.
