KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Marketing organization.
Develop and execute integrated client-centric Strategic Account Management programs for assigned key account(s) to build brand, develop strategic relationships and drive leads/opportunities
Drive cross-functional demand generation programs through activation of national branding programs including rollout and campaign delivery, execution of relevant account based marketing initiatives, and client service assessment strategies
Apply an understanding of industry trends and account-based issues to implement a demonstrable growth strategy and plan for each assigned account
Build and implement a communication strategy and processes connecting the account team on key initiatives and opportunities that facilitate collaboration and the account team's overall pursuit strategy
Create strategic relationship plans for key client buyers
Ten years of progressive key account management and/or marketing experience including large, complex accounts preferably within financial services sector
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience coordinating large, complex teams
Strong project management experience
Experience developing and executing account strategies and client relationship plans
Experience leveraging financial data to drive market development and business to business marketing program recommendations
