AIM is looking for a seasoned talented Business Systems Analyst. This position reports directly to the IS&T Strategy and Governance team, supporting the financial analytics group with reviews of departmental budgets, vendor and contract spend, hardware and software expense, and headcount and resource management. The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for providing clear reporting and analysis of technical, operational, and financial status, metrics, and other analysis to the IS&T leadership team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Builds and maintains strong relationships with Business and IT partners.
Identifies, initiates, and drives opportunities to support business activities.
Leads the high-level requirements development process for key departmental financial tracking and reporting
Supports elicitation/development of high-level and detailed business requirements for large- to program-level efforts for vendor contracting management and resource spend
Partners with technical leadership collaborating on business opportunities and solutions to review and analyze financial data
Identifies opportunities to strengthen leadership oversight and effectiveness
Supports the management of integrated (business, functional and technical) requirements and design including participation and oversight in defining enterprise-related processes and changes in alignment with industry.
Supports development of strategic plans and technology solutions to meet business requirements across the enterprise.
Proactively addresses customer issues, works with Business and IT partner to develop alternatives and is empowered to implement business and process solutions. Qualified candidates will have:
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
2-4 years of varied experience leading requirements development efforts for the performance analysis of technology groups and software development
Exposure to executive leadership dashboard and reporting
Knowledge of project financial management, GAAP financial processes and reporting
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Strong problem solving/analytic skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable working across multiple teams and business units
Able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively and concisely with all levels in a clear and professional manner, verbally and written
A focus on personal accountability and deliverables, but also Corporate objectives/outcomes
Healthcare experience a plus
